THE LAUNCH OF LIVING IN ALIGNMENT


Johannesburg - 16 October 2023 - The who’s who of the entertainment industry ascended at the DP World Wanderes Stadium for the launch of the “Living in Alignment” initiative by PR Guru, Linda Matsolo, Sponsored by Glade, this past Saturday, 14 October 2023. The event was hosted by Leera Mthethwa of the TV Series, Gomora.

The event saw the unveiling of a space where women can come together, share their experiences, inspire one another, and promote living in alignment with purpose. Beyond the event the initiative aims to foster an environment where women can network, gain valuable insights, and acquire tools to further their personal and professional growth. The event promoted women empowerment, and addressed the unique issues faced by women in various aspects of life, including business, education, health, and personal development.

The guests enjoyed complimentary bubbles, a lovely breakfast and lunch with a view of the cricket, while their hair was being done by the ORS professionals. The lovely sounds of summer descended through the venue with incredible woman speakers such as Linda Shezi, Director of Positive Pageantry, Lebohang Mokgethwa , Marketing Lead for the Central Gauteng Lions Cricket Union and Kiyana Ntisana of Macrocomm.

A panel of seasoned experts gave insightful advice and mentoring, comprising, Lulu Hela- the Executive Producer of Hela Media, who has produced SAFTA award winning shows such as Lavish and Gomora. The event also consisted of Tshepo Mathabatha, BWASA National Coordinator and Dikeledi Mauwane the Brand Manager at SC Johnson.

“We strived to address the topic of being in alignment with your purpose. Our goal was to offer practical, applicable and relevant information that women can put to use immediately in their careers and personal lives. We also believe strongly in women supporting women, so this event was a way of providing a forum for networking, while highlighting the importance of current and future roles of women in corporate and the entertainment industry,” says Founder, Linda Matsolo.
